How long does cutomization take?

 

Usually 3-5 business days for custom PCs. If there is shortage of components, it might take 14 days in total. Feel free to conatct us!

How long does shipping take and where to we ship?

 

Unfortunately, we only ship locally in Singapore. Additional charges apply upon request of global shipment. To find out more about our terms and conditions, please contact us for more details.
For local shipment, shipment would take about 5 days. For global shipment, shipment would usually take about 14 days

 

What payment methods do we accept?

 

We accept PayNow, Bank Transfer, Credit and Debit card. Cash payments is only available for peripherals under $100. Cash payment must be made to the delivery person.

 

Do we accept refunds?

 

Refunds are only accepted after 3 days of getting product. Refunds can be made by coming down to our showroom or by sending an email to our service email.
